All information that comes into our possession will remain private and confidential to A&E Chiropody Care. All data collected is treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
When you place an order with us, the information you send is protected by Secure Server software (SSL) and encrypted. After you've selected the items you wish to order, your browser will go into 'secure mode' (usually indicated by displaying a padlock) before asking for any of your details.
On completing your purchase, you will leave 'secure mode'.
A&E Chiropody Care will try to despatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being received, however this may not always be possible, due to unforeseen events such as temporarily being out of stock. Therefore please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
We use 2 methods of Delivery, Royal Mail which will be delivered with your normal mail or we may have goods dispatch direct from the manufacturer.
Should your order be returned to us undelivered, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee for sending the goods out a second time.

Refunds and Exchanges
Damaged or Faulty goods
In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged or faulty which in your opinion is due to a manufacturing error please return the item immediately for our inspection.
Please note: We may have to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. Items deemed to be a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.
1. Incorrectly Supplied Items
We will accept items back for credit or exchange which have been incorrectly supplied, provided that: -
a) We are notified in writing or by telephone within 3days of delivery that they were incorrectly supplied.
b) They have not been used
c) They are returned in the original packaging in a clean, re-saleable condition
d) The Delivery Note or Official Order Number and Patient Name (if applicable) are quoted.
2. Faulty Items
Faulty items must be returned immediately for credit or exchange and must be accompanied by a written explanation as to the fault.
3. Correctly Supplied Items
Unwanted items returned for credit or exchange, which are neither faulty nor have been incorrectly supplied, will be credited less nominal delivery charges and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, so long as they have not been used, are part of our current range and are returned in the original packaging in a clean and re-saleable condition. They should be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate.
A&E Chiropody Care is not liable for returned parcels in transit, in the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.
Goods which we do not stock regularly will constitute a Special Order and as such may not be returned. We shall notify you prior to accepting your order if goods constitute a Special Order to allow you the opportunity to reconsider and cancel if you wish. Once we have confirmed our acceptance of a Special Order it may not be cancelled and you will be liable for payment of the purchase price in full.
GOODS RETURNED UNDER GUARANTEE must be returned CLEAN otherwise your claim cannot be considered.
Stock levels and price changes
A&E Chiropody Care endeavour to keep a full selection of all stock, but this is not always possible, should you order an item that is out of stock we will advise you and mayrecommend an alternative. Any substitute item supplied that is not satisfactory can be returned.
Should you wish to order an item that is not listed in the online shop, please feel free to contact us directly and request the item.
A&E Chiropody Care endeavour to keep up to date with all price changes, this however is not always possible, A&E Chiropody Care therefore reserve the right to discontinue a line or change price at any time.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery.
